The Service We Provide

Services

We represent clients at all phases of the Social Security disability process.  We handle Title II Disability Insurance Benefits cases, as well as Title XVI Supplemental Security Income cases.  From initial applications through federal court appeals, we provide expert legal advice to help maximize your chances of a favorable decision.

01

Initial Applications

We can assist you with the filing of your initial application.  Many applications can now be filed electronically and our staff can assist you with an in-office appointment or by phone.

04

Appeals Council

If the ALJ denies your claim, you can file another appeal at SSA.  Your case will be reviewed at the Appeals Council. We can assist with drafting an appellate brief to try and have the ALJ decision reversed.

02

Reconsideration

A request for reconsideration must be filed if your initial application is denied.  We can assist with filing reconsideration even if we did not assist with your initial application.

05

US District Court

If the Appeals Council does not reverse the ALJ decision, you can file an appeal in US District Court.  Our firm works directly with a national SSA appeals firm and can assist you with your appeals almost anywhere in the United States.

03

ALJ Hearing

If your request for reconsideration is denied, you are entitled to a hearing with a US Administrative Law Judge (called an ALJ).  The ALJ will hold a hearing, review the evidence, and issue a new decision in your case.  We will appear with you and help you prepare for the hearing.

06

Experience Counts

We have extensive experience at all levels of SSA claims, from initial applications through federal court.  Not everyone does.  Having competent and experienced representation maximizes your chances of a favorable decision.
